Privacy Notice

Last updated: October 24, 2026

Information you provide

The redroom early-access waitlist collects your name or stage name, email address, adult-age confirmation and consent to early-access emails. You may also tell us which sites you use and how many you stream on at once.

The contact form collects your name or stage name, email address, subject and message.

How we use it

We use waitlist details to manage early-access invitations and understand the streaming setups people want to use with redroom. We use contact-form details to respond to messages and requests.

Wix services

The forms on this website use Wix. Form submissions are stored in the redroom Wix account. Contact messages can generate an email notification to the redroom team. Wix also processes technical and session information needed to provide its services. See Wix’s Privacy Policy for information about its processing.

Your choices

To stop early-access emails, or request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, use the contact form and choose “Privacy request.”

Please don’t submit passwords, streaming-site credentials, payment details or explicit content through either form.

This notice describes the current waitlist and contact forms. It does not describe data handled inside the redroom desktop application.
